Step 1 -- Contain

Once a home or business has suffered damage, our initial focus is on mitigating the loss immediately.  Securing the structure, and protecting it from weather and environmental elements is critical.

Step 2 -- Coordinate

Our job is to work with both the homeowner and the insurance company to create a plan to restore the property to its original state.  That starts with strong communication and a thorough inventory of the damage.  We'll estimate and scope the cost for restoration using Xactimate, the same software the insurance company uses, to make sure everything is covered and there is no additional cost to the insured.  Our policy is "no surprises," and that shows in our communication and detailed work plan.

Step 3 -- Complete

We pride ourselves on collaboration and communication. Forming a team with the homeowner and the insurance company, we'll create the work plan and schedule, choose materials, and schedule sub-contractors.  Constant communication means the process will be followed, and we'll deliver on the agreed upon timeline, scope, and budget.  Your home will be restored to its original condition with no surprises along the way, and our quality is unmatched.  We stand behind our work with a 5 year workmanship and 10 year structural warranty.

Matt Davis has more than 10 years experience in the fire, flood, and storm damage industry.  He spent the last 15 years working for 24 Restore and Service Team of Professionals, and started Summit Renovations because he wanted to be able to focus on fewer customers, provide better communication and partnership, and deliver the highest quality results possible.  He will not rest until you love your renovation or restoration.
